We regret to inform our students, staff, and parents that one of our students passed away suddenly last night. We will be opening our school today from 3-5 and again tomorrow (Sunday) from 3-5. On Friday December 19 there will not be any canteen services and students will be dismissed at 12:15 PM. School will reopen on Monday January 5, 2015. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Due to a School Development Day for teachers, there will be no classes for students on Friday, December 12.
The breakfast program is looking for volunteers on Tuesdays and Thursdays to help serve a healthy breakfast option to over 100 students that avail of this free serve daily. Parents, service groups, retired persons or someone just looking to make a contribution.

Due to completion of construction on Garden Rd, the detours in place for the following routes will be lifted: • Queen Elizabeth Regional High – Route 1 Please note the detour will end on Friday, November 14. That means that starting on Monday, November 17, the bus route will go back to normal.
There will be no classes for students on Monday November 3rd, 2014, as teachers will be attending professional development sessions.

Queen Elizabeth’s breakfast program is in real need of parent/grandparent and community volunteers. The program is one of the best in the district but it really relies on parents to help the school deliver healthy snacks to our students three times a week.
