New NLESD Tobacco Free Policy

Teacher Professional Development Day

There will be no classes for students on Wednesday, May 18th as teachers will be engaged in a professional development day. Classes will resume on Thursday and it will be a Day 5 on students’ schedules.

Safe Prom Parent Committee Meeting

There will be a Safe Prom parent meeting at Queen Elizabeth on Wednesday, May 4 at 7PM in the cafeteria. This will be our last meeting before Safe Prom.

It is important that parents who have volunteered to be chaperones at the Safe Prom attend this meeting.

Nomination for Progressive Pioneer Award

“The Most Prestigious Award” bestowed upon a Queen Elizabeth student.”

Each year during the Senior Prom, one student is recognized as a recipient for the Progressive Pioneer Award.

“Awarded annually to the graduate who displayed progressive, ambitious and energetic qualities and in general made a worthwhile contribution to our school and its well being.”
