This year, for the first time in six years, the Queen Elizabeth cheerleading team participated in the annual provincial cheerleading championships. On May 27th the team competed against seven other teams in their division (Level 2). They earned a second place finish. Way to go Pioneers!

On May 14th, 3Queen Elizabeth students traveled to Edmonton, Alberta to compete in the National Skills Canada competition. All three did quite well. Students must use this application form to apply for available Scholarships and Awards. On the form, please list/discuss your achievements, activities, community involvement, experiences, personal characteristics, etc. which you feel would qualify you to receive this scholarship/award.
During final exams, dinner time bussing from school will be provided to students; however, any student who has an afternoon exam must either come to school on the morning bus or arrange for his or her own transportation during dinner hour.
Busses are scheduled to depart QE at 11:30 a.m. every day.
